My wife and I had a bad experience. We went to purchase a bike and it was not what we thought. The salesperson would not negotiate on the price and did not even try to sale us an alternate bike when we would not pay the price he wanted, he walked away. We will not be going back ever. In our opinion, don't waste your time - find another dealer and get the customer service you deserve.
Big selection of used bikes, not a price on anything. Spent 30-plus minutes walking up and down the aisles and not one sales person asked if we needed help. Won't go back
