Terrible!!! They provided incorrect information in relation to my tyre size, I attempted to contact them multiple times to rectify the issue however after being told the manager wasn't available and she would call me back, still waiting 3 days later!! Contacted another company and had my tyre repalced within 2 hours. Do yourself a favour and contact someone else!!!
Having seen the Jims Van around my local area of Glenmore Park, with a lack of time and tired of dealing with an annoying slow leak I decided to give Jims a call. Brad turned up to my home within an hour, had the tire off, located and plugged the hole all within 30 mins. Brad knew his stuff, took care with my vehicle and was pleasant to deal with. I would and do highly recommend Brad to anyone who needs anything Tyre related.
