Had a blow out on a tyre needing replacement that day. It was a smooth process I contacted Jim's tyres and they issued my number to Frank who covered the area I was in. Frank contacted me straight away organised what needed to be done he came to the car on time friendly ,helpful fixed the problem as discussed and checked all other tyres while he was there as well . Very happy with Frank's service would highly recommend Debbie Phillips
