Got a flat on the way to the Melbourne airport while in the way to catch a flight, car had run flats but no spare. They were able to organize a new tire with me in the phone while I was away that was ready when we landed and able to get back on in about 15 minutes ( on a Sunday). Horrible tyre service. Tyre choosen by Freddy franchise from Jims mobile tyre"professional" experience in Burwood East. Single tyre cost me $380 , and it is the cheapest budget tyre. They gave me the cheapest downgrade budget Tyre without rim protector,reduced the protection performance without any disclose inadvance. This tyre is not well fit with bad quality and bad staff service. They said it is normal for this result. One of their van drivers - license plate starting with 1VG. Drove the wrong way on a busy one way rode in gisborne and endagered pedestrians and fellow road drivers, I get mistakes but he kept going and did not even try move over or even appologise.
