I called Jim about a small leak over my shower, under my sink and at the release valve. He left to buy a part that was a total of 24 minutes away. He was gone for an hour and half while his son calked the small roof leak. Before he left he assured me all leaks fixed. Went to do dishes and noticed sink was still leaking. Then the first rain storm roof still leaked. Then noticed my outside sink spilled over water onto the ground. Jim charged me 130.00 service charge. I have had Jim's mobile rv service at my home many times over 12 years he is an honest person & the cost is reasonable .I would recommend him to anyone
Came installed a brand new unit on my RV turns out has a bad fan motor Jim came out told me he was going to warranty the fan motor then two weeks past he showed up with the wrong fan motor told my wife he was going to get a new in haven't heard from him since been two weeks since he showed up with wrong fan motor and over a month since I had the initial problem. If you're looking for a man if his word keep looking for another service as I am out 1500 for a new non working ac ... Thanks again Jim if you're reading this
