Called them, Told them would be coming to get a key cut. Told them it was an hour away. They told us they would be open tell 5pm. Okay cool, Get there... Oh well our people went home cause he didn't want to wait and do his job. Unprofessional. Horrible business practice. Refusing to serve your customers, and piss poor customer service skills.

Wonderful! My boyfriend locked his keys in his car while working in Burlington. We live in central Illinois. The lady that I talked to was great. She really seemed to care about our predicament. She took what little information I had about his location and my payment over the phone. They were there within 10 minutes and really saved both of our days! Great service! Highly recommended!
