Staff was very courteous, polite, and professional. They advised me that they had to order a part, but I could have my vehicle back and just bring it in the next day. Instead of charging me for service done on one day and then again the next day, they only billed me once. So when the ordered part was installed, I just picked up my vehicle and left. Unfortunately, I had to return shortly after due to a screw in my tire while driving home. I drove back and immediately resolved the problem.
Absolutely terrible experience a while ago I went there and the mechanic forgot to tighten the bolts on the inspection plate for the oil change where the oil filter is. The plate came down on I 95. My wife was stranded there in the middle of the night. Had to get the car towed figured I would give him a second chance My Son‘s truck was there for about six hours today and no one even looked at it terrible please
This is the third time I’ve had issues with the card readers at your pumps. It’s frustrating having to switch pumps because they don’t work. Please fix them or mark them out of service.
Super fast and reasonable. I would not go anywhere else!
The labor rate is 175. For a simple side mirror replacement (I had my OWN part) cost almost 200$. Not easy to schedule here either. I waited over a week for an appointment. Just take your car somewhere else
