Jim & his team are absolutely horrible at landscaping and other related job. He was hired at my property to maintain the yard and landscaping for the summer. After being contracted for that job, we happened to mention at some point that we planned to build a parking lot on the property. Jim jumped on top of this and proclaimed that he could build us a great parking lot. What we ended up with is a pit of gravel, with stumps sticking out of it.
