I had a really frustrating experience with Joe’s Glass. I called ahead and was told they could handle the job, so I drove an hour each way expecting to get it taken care of. After all that time and effort, I showed up only to be told they actually *couldn’t* do the job after all. It’s incredibly disappointing to be given the wrong information and waste that much time on the road. If they weren’t sure, they should have said so upfront instead of giving me the runaround. Definitely won’t be coming back.
Good customer service and everything
Jim's House of Glass in Lake Havasu City installed a high quality patio door very professionally. They had to knock out the stucco and do a total replacement with new stucco. Looks awesome.
Last year I had my automotive windshield replaced this past month. My very deteriorated pillar seals came off. I ordered new ones and some of the clips were broken so they just added some silicone to where the clips were broken and didn’t charge me anything. Very nice people quality work. I’m very satisfied with this company. I recommend them to anyone.
I called from bullhead to get the windshield replaced for my car . I was greeted on the phone by Crystal who was great on getting me in right away . The Service was wonderful the prices were wonderful and i was in and out . I highly recommend this place for all your automotive glass needs . Thank You
