I hired Jim to tile my bathroom. Jim subbed it out to a helper, who had never done it before. The job performed was AWFUL by any measure. Three to four inches of grout between the tiles and the tub, each tile was a different height, most tiles were crooked. All of that and tiles were not the least crooked thing here, Jim acknowledged he crossed the line by letting his helper do the job, but then refused to make it right!
