Didn't have an experience because they never responded
After showing up over 3 hours late, the tech took over 4 hrs to finish, and made the air conditioner worse than it was. My house won't cool under 80°. After 5 hours of it running its only got hotter in my house! I will say your business is only as good as your employees represent it. Sorry for the bad review, but I'm quite irritated at the situation. The outside unit is not even running. Jim continues to hang up the phone instead of continuing the conversation!
