Called to set up service after I just moved. Was told they would start service and bill me for services. I said ok that sounds great. The next day was trash day. I put out the trash. Trash was not picked up when I went to work at 2:00 pm so I called and left a message. I received a text stating I needed to pay in advance to start service.
