They were great to deal with at the beginning and seemed to do good work at first, but the project took much longer than expected. When they finished, there were a lot of issues with the floor. They ended up having to re-sand and redo it, but even after that the results were still very poor. They told me it was “up to industry standards,” but it was clearly not. I’ve tried contacting them several times since, and they have not responded.
Excellent service, my hardwood floor looks brand new! Jim and his assistant Ethan displayed such professionalism and strong work ethic - very reasonable price, Highly recommend .
