I am very pleased with the gym and staff! Friendly and very helpful! I trained with monica for 4 months! Completely transformed my body and way of thinking about my health!
I train 3 days a week with Cristian and when I first went in there and met with him and told him my health issues he was ready to tackle the challenge!! He encourages me to keep going and even on my bad days he’s right there pushing me and telling me I can do it!! Any other trainer I’ve talked to never wanted to work with me!! Great gym !! Clean and friendly atmosphere. Shout out to my personal trainer Cristian, very knowledgeable and you will see results. I’m am very pleased with my progress.
Great little local gym. Came in from out of town for the night and they were more than welcoming in a super mellow and comfortable atmosphere. Highly recommend checking it out.
