I would not recommend this company to anyone looking for wedding suits. My fiance used the online AI measuring tool on Jim's website to submit his measurements, and his suit did not fit at all. Returning the suit was a hassle, and the customer service rep acted annoyed that we were having an issue. My fiance then went into a store and was measured, uploaded his new measurements, and received a new suit. This second suit was still way too long in the pants and in the suit coat sleeves. I would never use this service again even if it was free. Horrible! For $260 I expect a suit that fits, has zero wrinkles, and customer service that doesn't brush me off as having a bad day when I bring up how poorly packaged and wrinkled the suits are. Just horrible. I’m shocked how this company stays in biz.
Would not recommend if you actually want your groomsmen and groom to have their outfits on wedding day lol
