We have used Jim's Floor Service now twice in the past 4 years. Our first experience was having him install hardwood on our stairs leading from the entry to our upstairs bedrooms and to have our hardwood floors throughout the main floor refinished. We left town over a long holiday weekend and returned to a beautiful and spotless job on both the stairs and the floors themselves. We had Jim out to tie-in some new hardwood floors to our existing wood floor. While the new wood floors are beautiful, Jim and his crew damaged all of our brand new trim, and it's still damaged. The trim is either cracked and scraped from being removed too quickly or is scraped and stained from sanding the existing floors and applying the polyurethane. The Most Painfully Slow Phone Service Ever! – I'm unsure of the quality of the service itself, what I do know is that who ever this company hired to do thier reservations on the phone is retarded! I have never had to repeat my name, phone number, and email so many times in my life just to be told that I may not be receiving a bid from the company I called about, but a different one completly. Jim, rethink this service, I can promise you you lost my business today because of them.
