They left my car unlocked in their lot, I had over 1000$ worth of things stolen out of my car. They claimed they would go through insurance and replace what was stolen. They never followed through with replacing it. took me 10 months of getting brushed off over the phone before I had to go in to the shop , and verbally fight with Jim to get compensation for what was stolen.
