astonishingly bad service This morning I went to Jim's with my family. I left after over thirty minutes waiting to be seated and watching several parties that had arrived after us get seated, the last of which was a party of nine. We called after to speak to a manager and were told "we're really busy, call back later". I won't spend another cent at Jim's or at Sostanza. I will also share my displeasure with everyone that I know.
Very Good. Jim's Family Restaurant is a great price for good food. Their staff is always very friendly and the service is fast. Which is great with small children. Also when we have family come visit we go to Jim's at least once for the relaxed atmosphere. Plus it's not loud so you can hold a conversation or read a paper.
Very Good. I tend to go here alot with the family. And have never had any problems that I can think of. But I am pretty sure if we had they fixed it with no problems! The food is good and usually fast.
Great food, okay atmosphere Jim's Family Restaurant offers it's customers very good food at a good price. The restaurant itself could use some updating, but the great food makes up for the lack of atmosphere! There Chicken Fajita Wrap is to die for! I also love their breakfast!! I've always had very good service there.
Great Value Jims Family Restaurant is a great value in Tooele. Their food is very consistent, speedy and very reasonably priced. Breakfast, lunch or dinner - it can't be beat!
As Good as Mom's --Maybe Jim's Family restaurant offers a variety to please everyone. The have a cozy establishment and the service is good. Breakfast is one of my favorite things to order at Jim's they have good hotcakes and their bacon is cooked to perfections. They have an excellent club sandwich with crispy fries to compliment the meal. I would recommend this place for family dining.
