Trina has fantastic customer service especially with GSA holders.
This place used to be great. Apparently they are under "new management" and the bar for the staff has been lowered. I'm specifically talking about the man mentioned in other recent reviews (and pictures.) I'm not sure what kind of illicit substances he uses, but they do nothing for his mood nor his wit. "Rude" and "unprofessional" are polite ways to describe his customer service. If I were in charge of this business, he'd be nowhere near my customers. He is a disaster waiting to happen.
