Had 3 different people come to bid the job Jim explained everything much better than the others. I have a lot of moisture in my garage so he said he could put down a moisture barrier to fix that the others didn’t tell me that. Jim ended up having to come back 4 different times because the floor was still damp so I would run a humidifier til it was dry enough for him to work on it. Our garage floor was in terrible condition and we thought we would end up replacing it. Jim can and told us what he could do. Afterwards our garage floor looks brand new. No more cracks and it is smooth and flat. Wonderful job.
