Called and was greeted with a hello. No business name or anything. I had to ask if it was jims electric. Then I got connected with a lazy electrician who had zero interest in helping me out, even though he more than likely could have very easily. I wouldn't call this place if it was an emergency and they were the only electrician around. I'd rather be electrocuted.

I couldn't have asked for better service, Dave (the electrician from Jim's) did amazing work and was an all around great guy! Very pleasant to talk to and kept me informed as to what was happening with the issue. I will definitely be recommending Jim's in the future!

I called Jim’s electric because my outlet to my refrigerator was tripping. They came out and replaced the breaker and the outlet continued to trip. I called Joe who informed me I knew a new refrigerator. I called another company who fixed the issue. I did not need a new refrigerator. I received a bill 3 months later with late fees. I contacted the office and told them I just received the bill 3 months late. I also explained the issue was not fixed. They adjusted the bill which we paid. Not happy with this company

We had a critical electrical issue at our home. Called several electricians, and Jim’s was the only one where a human being answered the phone. I quickly got on their schedule. Steve came out and figured out the problem in no time. He dug up the underground wiring on the hottest day of the year, and fixed the problem fast!
