Took car in to TIRECRAFT Stratford for MVI. Was told it needed $1500 worth of repairs. OK. Agree to that. Come back the next day to pick the car up, and am told that now there are no reverse lights, which are needed for inspection, but somehow were missed when I was originally told what needed to be done to pass inspection. OH, by the way, it needs a wiring harness to get the reverse lights working and that is going to be anywhere from $4000 - $6000, plus labor. I was in need of new tires and visited the Wyoming Tire store to discuss selections and price. Bert was cordial and forthright while providing an excellent price and prompt scheduling of the work. The service I received was prompt , expedient and thorough. I had an alignment done after installing the new tires and the technician took time to explain the details of the alignment and adjustments made once the work was complete. The staff working there are beyond courteous. They are very pleasant and helpful. I was so lucky to be referred there by a friend. The tire mechanic came out with the tire to show me why I needed a new tire. I will always return there for my tire needs and refer my family and friends to do the same.
