Best in Mentor, Friendly, knowledgable, helpful. Won't try to sell you something that you don't need. If Jim can't fix it, you will be hard to find anyone who can. Reasonably priced.
I would give a zero star if that was an option! Do not go there! My car is at Enger right now and they are trying to fix what this guy messed up on my car!!! He also sold a car to my son that died in days and he would not fix. Our new mechanic is taking pictures of what this guy did to my car and they will hopefully follow if I can add images. He charged us $350 and should have replace the entire axle but rigged it in some whacked out way. The entire thing should have cost us $200. Very dangerous guy. Don't trust him if you ... read more
MY WIFE AND I HAVE HAD OUR CAR TO JIM'S AUTO A FEW TIMES AND HAVE HAD EXCELLENT RESULTS. HE HAS BEEN RELIABLE AND VERY REASONABLY IN COST. I WOULD RECCOMEND HIM TO HIGHLY
