I purchased a watch secondhand. I thought I could change battery in it since it wasn't running. Due no how delicate the mother of pearl face was I thought it best to have an expert change it for me. I was able to pick up a battery for my newly acquired item. I went to Jims diamonds never having been there before. Sent my husband here to buy my christmas gifts and I got a call today after he went in to grab my gifts just so happy about the service and excited about the gifts he bought me. I got to open one early and I'm obsessed. Cannot beat the quality or service.
