These guys are incredibly unresponsive and disorganized. The work I had done by them was fine, but the scheduling process is a nightmare and in the end, was not reliable, as nobody showed up when they should have. (I talked with both Jim and his wife Armida and still nobody arrived until I called on the day and someone arranged for Pablo to come... 3 hours later than scheduled, and without the paint I already twice specified in advance that I would need.) I feel I must write a little good news about Jims Decorating Co., My husband and I have just completed our dream home after 40 years together, the trades have been great, the painters were always on time, workmanship was excellent, their employees are very personable. I highlyrecommend Jims Decorating.
