Had my 2000 Ultra Classic worked on at Jim’s Cycles and couldn’t be happier with the service. They really know the older Harley-Davidsons and took the time to make sure everything was done right. Honest, knowledgeable, and easy to deal with. The bike is running better than it has in a long time. If you’ve got a pre-2000 Harley and want someone you can trust, I definitely recommend Jim’s Cycles.
Had some tires installed by them. They did great work. The price was fair and they were very honest. I highly recommend them.
I was at the Darlington raceway for the week of the spring 2026 race when my bike broke down. I went to Jim's cycle that is only a few miles from the track and the Tech Keith came to the campground at the track to diagnose the problem and then rode to pick up parts on Sunday, made the repairs and I was able to leave the track on time Monday Honest and affordable great job Guy's Thanks Keith

Went in for a oil change and oil was darker than I expected. Jim explained the problem (bike idling too high) and helped me remedy the situation. Very professional. Very knowledgeable. Very affordable. Customer for life.
