In June I gave Steve a check for cabinets and a tub install. In September he told me he could do the tub the following week. That following week came and went and no call, no text, and no show. I have texted 3 times over a period of 2 weeks and......crickets. I called a lawyer and he advised me to call the police and report this as a theft. That's where things stand right now. Sad part, this is my neighbor for crying out loud!!
Im sorry I reviewed the wrong company. The company I gave 1 star too is Jims Custom Kitchens in Lagrange, OH.
We had Steve come out and give us an estimate to fix our new formica countertop. We purchase a precut piece but the cut was not quite right. He quoted us a price and said he could have the job completed in a day or so. The following day we called and told him we would like him to do the work. (it was a Wednesday, they told us they couldn't start the work til the following Monday because Thurs and Friday were holidays, which we understood so we took the countertops to his shop that Monday.)They never contacted us, we called ... read more
