He is Horrible! Asked for a bid/quote- he went to our house then called with quote; I could not give him an immediate answer - when I called to say what we needed; he informed me he had left and did not have time to wait around for people to give him an answer. I explained I wanted to talk with my husband about the downspouts - he was very rude and became very condescending about not giving him an immediate answer. I would never use him and went to a different company that was completely professional.
