9 month update - I have healed so much that I was able to go 3 days without using the cream. It was a test to see how I'm doing. I'm so happy with the improvements. I have bulging discs in my low back, bursitis in my low back and knee, and I pulled some hip flexor muscles last summer in an extreme way. Hi Jim, Sleep is much better and every morning before heading out to do farm chores I use it on my feet ,calves and knees and a little on my hip. I was recently in Bali and my neck injury and back injury were causing me all kinds of problems. Luckily, I did bring some of the Jim’s CBD with me. Advil or Tylenol or anything like that would not help. However, Jim's CBD as always was the go to twice a day which enabled me to go swimming, walk around and feel normal. Sleep well!
