I had bought a topper in another state a year ago and the latch on one side had become loose. I drove by Jim’s on a whim hoping to get home to work on it for me. He made the adjustment and tightened things up and sent me in my way! Really appreciated his helpfulness and enjoyed the conversation along the way!!
