Gave Jim one star becuase his is nice to work with and communicates without judgement. However, several issues with his service arose that took away what could've been at minimum a 4-star review. His equipment was breaking down frequently, he'd close early without warning on days I had an appointment, and then I show up for my appointment and see a handwritten sign stating due to health issues his shop would be closed for an undetermined amount of time.
