❌ We purchased a used vehicle from here. STAY AWAY! I don’t expect this review to stay posted, as others have “disappeared”. First it was delayed because they needed to put new brakes and tires in. I have had a horrible car buying experience with Jim’s Auto. Best advice get everything in writing, they promised to make repairs prior to my purchase, once they received my cash gave me the run around until my 30 day warranty was up. Definitely feel taken advantage of as a single female unfamiliar with the car buying process. They claimed I was on a wait list for body work when I picked up the vehicle, now the body shop is conveniently closed due to Covid.
