!!Do not take your car here!! I paid them almost $2000 and my car still sits there unusable, they constantly asked for more money as they couldn’t figure out or diagnose my issue, they tell me it’s one thing and then I bring it back for the same issue and they tell me another thing, kind of pathetic and embarrassing, they do not take care of people, they only want money
I got an oil change done here a few months ago. I had many issues with this place: 1) They charged me for a lot of services I didn’t ask for. I only went in for an oil change, they charged me to fill my tires ?? And for a refill of my washing fluid. I did not want these done and I was charged an outrageous price for these. !!! BAD SHOP-DONT LET THESE REVIEWS FOOL YOU. THEY ARE OUT DATED AND REFER TO A PREVIOUS OWNER!!!!! Lazy, overpriced, non friendly, confrontational, cash grab. This place only cares about the money. If you decide not to go through with a costly repair and want to seek alternative options, they will pretty much stop work and give your car back as is. We recently had an issue with one of our cars and took it to Jim's Automotive as we've been doing for years. The day we picked it up, it had a *new* problem, so we had to take it back. We were pretty sure the new problem must have been caused by the work that was just done, but my husband & I are both very non-confrontational and didn't want to bring it up.
