Worst customer experience ever. Will never use this business again. Poor communication with affiliate businesses.
I rented a Uhaul from Jim’s and they went above and beyond where other uhaul providers had fallen short. We had spent 45 minutes at a storage unit uhaul provider down the road where no one was there despite business hours and the lock boxes had no keys. I’m so glad we switched our reservation to Jim’s. It was near closing time but he waited for us to get there and had a dolly ready to go too. I’ll pick them every time!
