they installed Firestone air bag kit. Unfortunately they had to spend extra to modify my 2001 ram pickup. They were very detailed and always kept informed about the status of the installation. At the end of the service they went over the instructions how to operate the air bags. The outcome of the modification looks great and well done. Great job everyone. Thank you.

Excellent service from start to finish. The team provided clear communication throughout the entire process, completed the work very quickly, and made everything easy to understand. Everyone was friendly, professional, and highly knowledgeable. It's refreshing to find a shop that combines great customer service with quality work and efficiency. I highly recommend them and will definitely return for future service needs.
If you’re considering renting a U-Haul from this location, be extremely careful. This is not an official U-Haul location, and they mislead you until you sign the contract. They will tell you there are no additional fees, but later you may find unexpected extra charges on your credit card. We were charged twice for the same rental amount. I had a very negative experience renting a truck through this location operating as Jim’s Automotive (U-Haul dealer). First, be aware: although this is an automotive business, they also act as a U-Haul rental location from the same address. My issue is specifically with the truck rental service. At the time of rental, I was clearly told that I did NOT need to refill the gas and could just return the truck.
