I was looking for a reliable mechanic and a friend recommended me Jim's automotive, but I'm disappointed. When I booked an appointment to service my car and I asked how much aproximately would it be, they gave me a price through the phone. But when the time to pay arrived, it was nearly 200 aud more than the price they told me before. Also, the car was there 8 hrs and they did not change the air or cabin filters neither the fuel filter. And repco is around the corner. So now cabin filters, air filter, fuel filter are due. Panicked and alarmed by a weird noise after a very long drive, i came here desperate for help! Even though they were fully booked and very busy, one of the lovely gentlemen took a moment to help and look at my vehicle. Might seem like a small gesture but it meant a lot to me. Thank you so much!
