Please stay away from these dishonest scammers, they didn't tell anything upfront and then come up with around $800 just for break work on a sedan car!!! I told him I can't afford will come back later! Then he come up with $45 just for talking and probably driving my car in and out of shop. I told him he wasn't up front and honest about the fee and said I'm still willing to pay but if I come back would turn he this inspection fee to the total repairs cost he said no that would be additional charges!!! Would not recommend. Waited 4.2 hours for a muffler when they said it would be 1.2 hours. I get in my car and it is very loud and has loud rattling underneath . Obviously they did an improper job.
They fixed my truck and it was less money than they quoted! They are awesome people and service. Thank you. Now a couple years later we put our Buick regal in for some electrical work and they got everything working back to normal for very reasonable prices and great service! Thank you again Jims Automotive, your the best
