Came for a simple inspection, got my car back with the window falling off the tracks. When I thought they had something to do with it, Jim called me immensely vulgar names, that I can't quote on here or Google will take down my post, and called my car a POS (not the acronym) and told me to leave. Mind you, I was composed and as respectful as I could manage.
