It was a total waste of my time. I paid all that money, just for them to look at it. I still ended up going to the Dealership. Smdh
We had several different poor experiences working with Jim. Major repair bills that other shops had to finish or redo.
I started taking my vehicle to Jim’s a few months ago on recommendation from my sister who has been a customer for several years. His service is excellent. Work is done in a timely manner. He takes the time to explain what has to be done because my vehicle is twelve years old with low mileage and certain maintenance is required. I feel his prices are reasonable…much better than the dealer’s for the same work. No more going back to the dealer for me. I give him an A plus rating and highly recommend his services.
