Vraiment un bon gars et un bon garagiste. On a même permis de dormir dans nos motorisés sur son stationnement (3 vr). Dépannage excellent. Extrêmement satisfait. Merci mille fois. Trois couples de québécois heureux.
Jim done a good job on my vehicle a couple of years ago brakes, transmission leak/seal, , oil leak/front seal, etc. I Have no problems taking my vehicle to him in the future.
It appears that this shop over-inflates their labor hours at the discretion of the owner. Mechanic checked the truck quickly, which led to an $80 diagnostic fee for a labor "hour" (that took all of about 3 minutes). He said it needed a new water pump and "we can probably get that done in a couple hours." Then he called (I assume) the owner, who created a quote with 5 labor hours.
