Wow…JIM'S AUTO SERVICE was awesome. This place was so incredibly helpful. Jim and his staff made a very stressful situation PEACEFUL! Jim did some trouble shooting for my vehicle and it turns out I DID NOT NEED THE $6200 repair that Jeep said I did! You will be treated with kindness and professionalism. On a July 4th road trip and stopped for gas in Lake City while driving my 1966 Pontiac. Without warning, the starter locked up. Called Jim’s and within an hour got the Pontiac flatbed transported to Jim’s. Thanks, Caleb! Jim, himself, interrupted his holiday and met us to put the car inside for the night. By noon, the next day Jim had a new starter installed and we were back on the road. Great, trustworthy service at a reasonable price! Many Thanks Jim!
We had a flat late at night, Todd came out and not only towed our vehicle, but gave us a ride to a hotel with all of our luggage. We was traveling 15 hours away from home and didn’t have anyone to give us a ride. He even dropped us off at our hotel first before he drove himself to the tire shop and dropped our car off. Saturday past my truck broke down on interstate 75. Tow Man came he push the issue to try to drop me off down the street instead of the 20 miles radius that I was supposed to get. When he did drop my vehicle off in the area off of a 75 when he left I noticed my AirPods in my vehicle was missing and a That my company gave me. · 4 hours ago I would like to thank JOEL one of the Tow Truck drivers here. He found my sons wallet on the side of the interstate and brought it back into the office here at Jim's Auto Service. Thanks to Kathy Wilkinson the Office Manager for taking the time to investigate. She was able to track us down using the personal information in Kyle's Wallet.
