Stopped in after my 2020 F150 started to sound like a Harley on the freeway. Jim took the time to look at my truck and show me exactly what was going on. He was honest that they didn’t have the time to fix but i was able to drive off knowing I’d be okay to Redding. Thank you Jim for taking the time with me and my truck!
I took a few of my vehicles to Jim’s. They had always done a great job until the last vehicle that I took in, which is one of my company vehicles. I took it in to have oil leaks fixed. It was there a month and a half the first time and as soon as I pulled in the driveway it was still leaking badly. They had it 2 months the second time to fix the oil leak they didn’t fix the first time, and would’ve kept it longer had I not repeatedly checked on it. Jim's auto repair is awesome! I have nothing but good things to say about this establishment. They are fair and honest, they will not overcharge you or do unnecessary repairs unlike most of the automotive repair shops in the area.
