20+ Years customer. I had them fix my brakes recently on my Tundra for around $2k. After a short time brake problems returned. They replaced rotors, etc at cost and did not add labor. All within one day. Their service is exemplary . Great shop.
Recently, my 2023 Chevy Silverado PU. truck, died in the middle of a very busy 6 lane road in Sarasota. Needless to say, their were a lot of pissed off people flying by me. Fortunately, a Sherriff's Dept. Animal Control vehicle was behind me and turned on her emergency lights, sparing me a rear end collision. My insurance company found a tow company but they were unavailable till 5 pm . Awesome diesel shop. Only place I’d take my truck to!
Walked into Jim’s yesterday morning at 9:30am and asked if they could do a pre-purchase inspection. Ryan said that they were busy but could work me in. I had called 3 other shops that were unable to see me for days and Ryan at Jim’s was great and said yes we will look at the car. If you need your car fixed, take it to Jim’s.
