Always take great care of my Highlander.
A rip off and they have poor customer service. They told me to bring the vehicle and there would be no charge to look at it and then after bringing it I’m told it’ll be $170 just for a diagnostic. They also didn’t want to give me the paper with the assessment of the car. The lack of transparency and the entire situation was frustrating and Jason had a condescending tone. Never AGAIN!!!
Whatever you do, NEVER take your car to Jim's Auto Clinic on North Bend and Cheviot. I took it there because my A/C quit working, they quoted me 562.00, then called me back and it was 1700.00, then they called me back and it was 2200.00!! Apparently they replaced the entire system. When I went to pick it up yesterday, my battery was dead!! They jumped me, it was ok until today, but when I got off work out was dead again! I don't think you should go anywhere else to get your car fixed. Ive been to many places, many times before going to Jims and I'm not going to anywhere else. Car was last serviced by Mechanic Randy and its running down a dream!
