Had a great experience there this morning. I thought my check engine light was on so I stopped by. Someone happened to see me pulling in and said they could hook it up and see what kind of code I got. No code And we realized that it was actually the tire pressure gauge light that was on. They checked those for me and got my tires up to snuff, and I was on my way! No judgment, just kindness and excellent service.

Don't use Jim's if you need your vehicle back quickly,�or if you have multiple things you need done. Turn times are long and subject to extension without notice. Things get missed and/or botched due to taking in more cars at a time than they can actually handle. Jim's overbooks themselves to the point that they can't even fit all the vehicles in their lot, which leaves the unlucky ones parked on the surrounding street. Requests get forgotten and left undone. Communication is sparse and inconsistent. Pricing is high. There we... read more

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Jim’s Auto Clinic was absolutely amazing! I’m fairly new to the area and recently had an issue with my GMC. I initially took it to Findlay GMC, and having worked around car dealerships before, I had a feeling I was going to get nickel-and-dimed. Unfortunately, that’s exactly what happened. Even though I still had some warranty coverage, I was told it would cost $800 just to change my spark plugs, and I was basically told that was the reason my vehicle had broken down. Excellent experience, they we’re so friendly over the phone - my car broke down at 4:30 on a Friday, they were able to take it in and I called Monday at 8 AM when they open and they were already diagnosing it. The repairs were expected to be complete Wednesday night and they were finished Monday night- considering I was from out of town and this was a huge inconvenience, they made what could have been a headache a very smooth and easy process!! very happy with the work they did and excellent customer service!!
