I am from out of state. I had stopped at this location to diagnose an issues with my work van shutting off while driving, even after replacing the alternator. He didn't have time to do the work that day with other vehicles in the shop, but made sure I had the information for the ignition switch to do it myself. The service was great. Highly recommend. I did make it home.
I needed new brakes pretty quickly and Scott managed to get it done in about 3 days at a very reasonable cost. They are definitely my favorite auto repair shop.
Jim is the man! An honest mechanic isn’t born everyday. Schedule your upkeep with him bc he’s deservingly booked all the time.
I appreciate the awesome customer service.Other businesses could take lessons from Jim's Auto Care.Thank You Kindly Paula
Scott and his entire team are incredible. They go way out of their way every time when my vehicles are serviced to do a great job, at a very reasonable cost. After two decades of using their services, five star is not adequate
