I had an unexpected and unfamiliar maintenance issue with my vehicle. The team at Jim’s took in my car, quickly identified the issues and had me back on the road the next day. Throughout the process they did a great job communicating and were very professional and courteous.
This place has awesome customer service I would highly recommend going to this place and they are honest and makes sure your car drives smooth
Highly recommend!! They got my car in very quickly, gave very detailed inspection report and fair pricing! Free loaner car while mine was being repaired as well! Customer service was exceptional ! Will be back for oil changes and future needs!
I bought a vehicle that turned out to be a lemon. I had it towed to Jim’s but feared I would just be out the money I had paid for the car. Not only did they replace the parts but went above and beyond and did some fabrication to fix the rusted out frame the car lot had sold me. The staff is very professional and kind.
