I've used Jim's a couple times (for fender benders, dents, bumper reattachment). Extremely professional and prompt, which I really appreciate. I would also add that they really address the buyer's actual need. Would not hesitate to use again
I just had damage on my car repaired here--they had the best price (by FAR), were super nice, stayed UNDER their estimate and you'd never know my car was ever damaged! Wouldn't hesitate to go back!
