I've used Jim's for years always good prices and usually good selection. He even came to the shop on Thanksgiving morning because we had just moved into a house and had a gas hose that wouldn't fit the fuxture . He came in , helped us find a proper fitting and gave it to us!! He has travelled to our home many times late in the evening to repair appliances and didn't charge extra. I have never bought anything from here but I have tried several times. Everytime I call the phone rings and rings and no answer. I have to call twice or more to finally get an answer. On the web it shows he is open and what his business is about but when you call he never has a washer or dryer to sell. Then if you need your dryer to be work on, he states he is no longer fixing appliance. I really want to support small business around my neighborhood but how can I when the business is not willing to accept the help. I see why... read more

When I called it was very sketchy. All I was trying to do was sell a washer and dryer. Just trying to get it out of the way cause we got a brand new set. But my washer and dryer is in perfect condition. But because I didn't know the year he pass which was fine. I literally felt like this place was not a business but a transaction I was trying to do on offers up or something. So creepy to me. I didn't care if I got anything for it I just needed it out of my way. Their lost and the person I spoke to was rude.
