Horrible came out told me both boards were bad on my fridge and would cost me over 900. Had guy come out one board was bad and repair cost 200. Over priced and if don't wanna fix estimate high just for service fee
Great guy. Really knew his stuff. He will be missed. Brandon has some big shoes to fill.
I called Brandon to come out and fix my dryer. He came, spent 10 minutes there, used a little tube of grease to supposedly fix the dryer and get it going. Charged me $110 plus tax and left. The dryer still does work and worse yet, will NOT answer or return my calls to come back and fix it. I have used Jim's Appliance Service for probably 20 years when Jim was alive, and so have my parents, but will NOT use them again since Brandon has taken over. Was slightly disappointed. I have used Jim's Appliance for years and have always been satisfied. My ice maker broke and I hired them to replace it. I was told several times that he had to charge twice as much to replace this kind of ice maker. Never was given a price until the very end. He just kept repeating how he had to charge me twice as much. He was at my house for 20 minutes and it cost over $300. After he left I looked up the price online of the ice maker and it was $79.
