I sent a request with a specific model number for my refrigerator and an explanation that the issue was water filter related. Serviceman showed up without the filter or a bypass and charged me $109 for the trouble. It wasn't clear he knew if that would even fix the problem.
A rep (I cannot remember his name for the life of me) returned my call about 15 minutes after I left a message. He came the same day I called on a Sunday evening (during a holiday weekend) and fixed my washing machine. He also gave me tips on washer/dryers to buy. Being the clumsy person I am, I dropped something inside the washing machine and he lifted the machine up so I could get the item.
