We hired Josh (Jim’s Air Systems) to remove and reinstall our solar system, with his written and verbal guarantee that he would return to walk us through how to operate it properly. That was five months ago. Once payment was made, he vanished. Despite repeated calls and texts over this entire period, he has never once responded. Josh and crew were great. I had done some research on ductless mini-split AC units for my garage and received a mixed bag of responses from various vendors. Josh immediately knew what I was talking about, quickly assessed what we'd need and gave me a very reasonable quote. Jim’s Air System arrived early, they were professional, clean, efficient, polite, nice and did a fantastic job. Five stars, I would use them again and recommend them to anyone in need of air and heat. Josh, his father and two other crew members went above and beyond my expectations.
