This company replaced the entire HVAC system for my rental house in Oakley. Josh was absolutely incredible. Very responsive, and very knowledgeable. Pricing was the most reasonable I found. Work quality exceptional. I am going to hire them again to replace the HVAC in my house. I have already recommended them to my friends, and I highly recommend them to anyone looking for HVAC work. Trust me, you will never find a better company in the area. I tried- these guys are for real.
We hired Josh (Jim’s Air Systems) to remove and reinstall our solar system, with his written and verbal guarantee that he would return to walk us through how to operate it properly. That was five months ago. Once payment was made, he vanished. Despite repeated calls and texts over this entire period, he has never once responded. Josh and crew were great. I had done some research on ductless mini-split AC units for my garage and received a mixed bag of responses from various vendors. Josh immediately knew what I was talking about, quickly assessed what we'd need and gave me a very reasonable quote.
